I loved working with Caty and her Mom Lisa because they were fun, caring and had a vision of what they wanted the wedding to be like. Caty had a list of “Must Have” items which included awesome food and great music. She knew she wanted a beautiful room with only rectangle tables but left the rest to me. Caty and Bart are a popular couple and had a very large guest list of over 350 guests. I first had the challenge of finding a venue in Nashville that was not a hotel that could accommodate a guest list of 350. When I found Rocketown I knew it was the perfect venue. I instantly had a vision for the transformation. It took almost a year to plan this extravagant wedding but it could not of turned out more amazing.
On the wedding day Caty was the most calm bride I have ever had. She was in pure bliss. So excited to be surrounded by her loved ones and ecstatic to marry the man of her dreams. I know I have gushed about Caty but Bart was such a true gentleman. So kind and thoughtful. He even forgave me after poking him with a corsage pin when I was putting on his boutonniere (after 7 years it actually happened).
Caty and Bart enjoyed every second of the wedding day. From the fresh oysters, delicious beignets, great music and breath taking decor the day was perfect. I hope you enjoy the photos.
I love these photos of Caty seeing her decor via text for the first time
