The property is eight rustic acres next to a 65 acrea horse farm, so you’ll have lots of room for you and your guests to explore the property, creekside and poolside areas.
This outdoor venue allows for an unlimited amount of activities for you and your guests! From corn hole to s’mores the tree of life will keep your guests entertained!
The Tree of Life offers the use of their rustic 1600 sq. ft airplane hanger featuring a paintable dance floor, overhead lighting, electrical for 220 and water available. The hanger is where the party is at!
Their 30x40ft poolside is also available with a lite cabana/bar. This is the perfect spot for cocktail hour!
The Tree of Life Event Space rates include:
-Usage of 1600 sq. ft Airplane Hanger located on property
-Usage of electrical and water in the Hanger Free parking for approximately 150 cars
– valet parking available at extra cost Use of 8 acres of property prior to event
– to be determined by event ( can use property for set up one week prior to event)
-Event Client must provide porta- potty use – will provide names of royal porta potty
-Usage of all Chalkboard signage ( 6-8 available in door and window sizes)
-Usage of refrigerator for storing catering or liquor
-Client must provide their own liquor and must provide a permit for serving with a licensed bartender or caterer
-Client can use their own event planner – there will be a usage fee to venue, or client can use event planner with no extra fee
-Client can use their own caterer – there will be a usage fee to venue
-Rates start at $750.00
– 50% deposit due when booking date and balance due 30 days prior to event.
