OZ, Nashville’s ‘best kept secret’ is becoming Nashville’ s premier event venue. Following its transformation from the CAO cigar headquarters, it is unveiling a newer, trendier style in this locale while retaining its heritage and its passion for entertaining.

OZ is a really unique event space with it’s amazing modern art on display, it’s rich history as a cigar/pipe factory & it’s HUGE open spaces with touches of elegance. A blank slate that can be turned into anything you can think of. OZ provides a sizable canvas for performance and visual art installation, or creating an original environment for the event of your choosing.
With a keen sense of style and a strong belief in the balance between Eastern and Western practices, the building was carefully designed to combine all the elements necessary to create a peaceful and harmonious environment. This is reflected throughout the lounge and patio areas as well as the Zen and Japanese Dry Creek Garden.
OZ features five distinctly unique spaces. These one-of-a-kind spaces creates unforgettable moments.
From the dramatic Ultra Lounge Patio with retractable glass doors, majestic views, and romantic fire pit area, to the intimately peaceful Zen Garden – OZ emanates a one-of-a-kind style in each location.
Ozgener Gallery
The Ozgener Gallery charts the evolution of the Ozgener family business. As you walk along the hall, each glass inset tells part of the story of how the business began, each successful era and the transformation to what they now call OZ.

Magnificent, versatile, grandiose
The warehouse at OZ boasts 10,000 square feet of unobstructed space. The possibilities are limitless in this magnificent room.
Ultra Lounge
Sleek, modern, social
The Ultra Lounge is home to a beautiful, customized bar-front made by OZ Artist-in-Residence Brian Somerville, four flat screen televisions and sleek hideaway doors that allow the outside space to gracefully join the inside. It’s custom, slick finish is yet another detail that makes their Ultra Lounge the perfect space to host a private reception.
Veranda
Contemporary, scenic, intimate
The Veranda was modeled after a 5-star safari resort. Re-created in a more contemporary style. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings at OZ. The chocolate brown cushions, customized fire pit and extraordinary hideaway doors that lead to the Ultra Lounge make this space uniquely diverse for your event needs.
Escaparate
Sexy, 360 degrees, rich
The ‘Escaparate’ was, and still is, a focal point at OZ. In its peak cigar days, it was the Ozgener’s personal walk-in humidor and held over 100,000 of the family’s private cigar blends.
Today, it showcases beautiful works of art within the display windows. The Escaparate is seductive and carries a bit of mystique when utilizing the space for an event. It is the perfect environment in which to host an intimate dinner for 12.
Zen Garden
Tranquil, inviting, harmonious
The Zen Garden aims to inspire and reflect, it is a tranquil place to simply be and recharge. It was built according to sacred geometry with an East and West orientation, the stones are placed in significant points to pick up harmony and peace. The Zen Garden can be utilized to host outdoor wedding ceremonies.
Boardroom
Engaging, executive, stimulating
The Boardroom accommodates 14 people comfortably. It boasts one-of-a-kind artwork, a 70” flat screen television and Apple TV.
Rental fee:
The rental fee varies depending on the space you choose to utilize at OZ. Pricing ranges between $3,000.00 – $5,200.00
What’s included in the rental fee?
All events include the use of the contracted, specified OZ space(s) for a (12)-hour period. The rental fee also includes (1) OZ facility manager, (1) security guard, and cleaning fee. Depending on the space utilized, other variables may or may not be included such as rental equipment.
Rental times:
The rental times are in 12-hour increments and typically are between the hours of 12:00 noon and midnight. Other arrangements may be made if agreed upon by your account manager. If you require additional rental times day of, this can be arranged for $250.00/hour.
